Key feature - megachain HA
Key feature - megachain HA
Hyaluronic acid (HA) has been proven in clinical trials to effectively relieve pain and improve mobility.
For HA to work, it needs to form super-long chains (mega-chains) that attract water and act like lubricating oil, ideal for plumping skin and lubricating joints.
However, many supplements contain short, inconsistent HA chains because they are sourced from poultry and other animal tissues, leading to variable quality.
Our mega-chain Hyaluronic Acid (mHA) technology uses clean production in controlled labs to produce high-purity, consistent HA, providing optimal, natural joint support for your pet.

Why choose CaniFlow for your dog?
-
Hyaluronic Acid for Joint Support
CaniFlow contains only the best long-chain Hyaluronic Acid, shown to be absorbed effectively and reach the joints, providing the best support for your dog's mobility and comfort
-
Liquid formulation
CaniFlow is a virtually tasteless, clear liquid that is easily accepted by even the pickiest of dogs. Liquids are absorbed more quickly and completely, so your dog gets the support they need quickly
-
Clean production
Made in a controlled, clean laboratory environment, CaniFlow is free of extraneous proteins or sugars. This makes it safe for allergic dogs or those being treated for other conditions
-
Single, proven ingredient
Hyaluronic Acid, the single ingredient in CaniFlow, has been proven effective by licensing authorities for arthritis. This means you can trust CaniFlow to provide the support your dog need
Why is Hyaluronic Acid the only ingredient?
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is nature's magic ingredient in connective tissues, skin, and synovial fluid; crucial for retaining hydration and, in joints, reducing friction, absorbing shock and nourishing cartilage.
And yet with inflammation and age the quality and quantity of HA in the joints decreases.
Supplementing with CaniFlow replenishes natural HA, supporting joint function and helping to reduce soreness and soothe stiffness.
Invest in your dog's health and happiness today and see the difference it can make in your dog’s life.
Which dogs might benefit?
-
Older Dogs
Age-related wear and tear on cartilage and connective tissue can cause joint pain. CaniFlow helps replenish natural hyaluronic acid levels in joint fluid, reducing friction and supporting joint health.
-
Recovering Dogs
After surgery such as TPLO or arthroscopy, dogs can suffer from inflammation and pain. CaniFlow supports joint health naturally, helping reduce pain and improve mobility during recovery
-
Active Dogs
Dogs engaged in agility training, long walks, or competitive sports put extra strain on their joints. CaniFlow supports flexibility, reducing the risk of injury, and enhancing overall mobility.
-
Dogs with dysplasia
Hip and elbow dysplasia cause significant joint pain. CaniFlow helps maintain joint lubrication and supports cartilage health, improving mobility and reducing pain.
Why choose CaniFlow?
Most dog joint supplements don't include hyaluronic acid at all, ignoring all the scientific evidence for its importance!
CaniFlow contains liquid, long chain hylauronic acid shown to be absorbed and concentrated in the joints within hours.
Clean production methods mean CaniFlow is ideal for senitive or allergic dogs.
How much to order?

Frequently asked questions
What is CaniFlow
CaniFlow is a joint supplement packaged for dog owners that contains high purity longchain hylauronic acid and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
Ingredients per 1ml:
Sodium Hyaluronate 3.4mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vit.C) 2.4mg
What is important about the hylauronic acid in CaniFlow?
CaniFlow derives its unique properties from the size of its hyaluronic acid molecules (700,000 - 1 million units long), most other supplements that contain HA have much smaller molecules are do not offer the same properties.
The size of the HA molecule is critical to maximise its efficacy.
The purified hyaluronic acid (such as in CaniFlow and EquiFlow) has been shown to be taken up after oral administration and be concentrated in the skin, bone and joints.
Other commercial preparations using HA from animal-derived sources have not been shown to be absorbed after feeding and their HA molecules are likely to be too small to deliver a benefit to your animal and may even cause inflammation.
Why does CaniFlow contain vitamin C?
Vitamin C is used in the synthesis of collagen, an important protein required for cartilage repair and function.
I've heard hyaluronic acid can also be injected, how can CaniFlow be given orally?
Following a diagnosis of degenerative joint disease or tenosynovitis, (inflammation of the tendon sheath), injections of hyaluronic acid can be delivered directly into the diseased joint, making it available immediately in high concentrations. However, this procedure can only be carried out by a veterinary surgeon.
The procedure is minimally invasive but comes with a risk of infection and some animals may develop a short-term adverse, inflammatory reaction (joint flare).
The injectable form may also be administered intravenously but studies have shown the half life is only a few hours, suggesting that the hyaluronic acid is cleared from the body quickly and that the benefits might be short-lived.
Oral supplementation has the advantage of the hyaluronic acid being delivered all over the body. Therefore animals with multiple affected joints can benefit from oral administration instead of individual joint injections.
Daily oral provision of hyaluronic acid by the owner is a most pragmatic means of achieving long term maintenance of healthy joints.
Where does the hyaluronic acid come from?
In most instances, hyaluronic acid in other joint supplements has been isolated from chicken by-products; by breaking up cartilage or from rooster combs. When sourced in this way, HA is present as small molecules and in a low purity state with a high protein content and has notbeen shown to be effective.
EquiFlow and CaniFlow mHA is manufactured in the UK through microbial fermentation. This process gives a high purity, high quality, uniform product. It also means that no animals are involved in the process and it’s suitable for those wishing to live a vegan lifestyle
What testing is done on CaniFlow?
In an approved laboratory, each batch undergoes Naturally Occurring Prohibited Substances (NOPS) testing to guarantee it is free from commonly known contaminants (full list available on request).
Can I use CaniFlow with medicines or other supplements?
Yes. There are no known interactions with other supplements or medications.
If you are concerned you are welcome to contact us with specific information or consult with your vet.
